Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty/ defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint, we will process your request for return/ replacement with regards to the faulty/ defective item(s). The returns/ replacements will be accepted for only those items that are found to be faulty/ defective.
For eligible products, you must place a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items returned by the customers should not be used, washed, altered, tampered with, or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/ guarantee cards, freebies, accessories, etc. should be intact and placed in the package. The courier will not accept your item in absence of any of these. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.

Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.

Refund/ Replacement will be initiated once we receive the item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.

Casa Decor Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.
