Cancelling Your Order

We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, here's how it works.

Before It Ships

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Full refund to your original payment method.

  • No cancellation charges.

  • Fast cancellation processing.

  • Simply contact our customer support team.


After It Ships

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled while it is in transit.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A defective product

our team will gladly assist you in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.


When We May Cancel Your Order

Although rare, there are situations where Casa Decor may need to cancel an order.

This may happen if:

  • The ordered product becomes unavailable.

  • Payment verification cannot be completed.

  • Incorrect pricing is displayed due to a technical issue.

  • Delivery is not possible to your location.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

Whenever possible, we will contact you before taking any action.

If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
