Our Return Policy at Casa Decor is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase:


     In case of damaged goods or product discrepancies, you have 48 hours to request a refund or exchange. Please provide a 360 degree product video within this time frame to validate your claim.

     For products not eligible for refund, customers have the option to receive a credit note if they are dissatisfied with the product, within 7 days of delivery.

     For reverse pick-ups, please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Our Reverse Pick-Up policy streamlines the process, aiming to provide a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

     Refunds for eligible transactions will be processed via the original mode of payment. For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions, refunds typically take 4-5 business days to reflect in your account.

     For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, refunds may be issued via E-Vouchers/Gift Cards or transferred to the customer's bank account within 7-8 business days.

     Our Return & Exchange policy applies exclusively to domestic orders made through our official website ( and excludes purchases from offline stores or third-party platforms.
